Embroidered wall hangings are usually rolled in tissue paper and carefully packed into a strong cardboard tube for shipping. Please unwrap and hang your piece as soon as possible after it arrives. Any slight curls that the canvas has acquired during shipping will fall out within a day or two. Weavings are loosely rolled or folded and are shipped inside a strong cardboard box. Again, please unwrap and hang your piece as soon as you can
Your order will ship from my studio in the UK and I’m very happy to ship to wherever in the world you live!
UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery and you will be provided with a tracking number. A signature is usually required upon delivery
Overseas orders are sent using Royal Mail’s International Tracked & Signed service and you will be provided with a tracking number. Shipping times vary but most orders arrive within two to three weeks. Very occasionally an order is delayed due to the customs process in its destination country and sadly I have no control over this
All goods imported into a country are potentially liable for an extra customs handling charge. This can range from a few pounds to up to 20-30% of the value of your order and you will usually receive a request from your local postal service asking for payment of this fee before your parcel will be released from customs. Please remember that I am not liable for any customs fee that may arise
Returns and refunds
I am unable to offer returns or refunds so please bear this in mind when ordering!
If your piece has arrived damaged, please take photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item (including close ups) and email me at email@example.com with all the details. I will of course refund you for the piece or offer to make you a replacement and I'll send you a pre-paid shipping envelope to return the damaged piece to me
