With her palette of pale pink, grey-lilac and peachy yellow, her flashes of neon green and her sprinkling of sharp gold, Midsummer is an ode to the summer shades of the water meadows surrounding my home.
These low fields are bursting with life at this time of year with long grasses, wildflowers and willow trees in full leaf. But what I love most about our water meadows are the colours! Pink and purple flowers and every shade of green imaginable, from the bright fresh greenery along the streams to the pale sage of the poplars and the vivid tones of the pasture grass.
75% superwash merino, 25% nylon
